We try to keep things fair and simple.

Since most of our items are made to order, cancellations and returns work a little differently compared to ready-made products. Please read the details below before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Refund & Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders can usually be canceled within 24 hours of placing them
  • After that, production may already begin, and cancellation might not be possible

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our jackets are custom-made or made in specific sizes:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • However, we do help if there is a genuine issue

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Sizing Issues

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.

  • If a wrong size is selected by the customer, returns may not be accepted
  • However, we may offer discounted remake or alteration support depending on the situation

Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider

Shipping charges are usually non-refundable, unless the mistake is on our side.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Send us clear photos of the issue
  • We will review and offer either:
    • a replacement
    • or a partial/full refund

We aim to resolve these cases quickly and fairly.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges in certain cases, especially for:

  • incorrect item received
  • visible defect

Customers may need to cover return shipping unless it’s our mistake.

Important Note

Some items (especially custom or made-to-measure pieces) are final sale, unless there is a defect.
