Please note: Because many of our products are made-to-order, returns are not accepted for simple preference changes.

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen variations

We always recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll offer:

  • a replacement
  • or a suitable refund

We’ll make sure the issue is handled properly.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges in certain situations, such as:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Manufacturing defect

For size-related issues, we may offer a discounted remake or alteration support, depending on the case.

Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be sent to your original payment method
  • Processing time is usually 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the error is from our side.
